Who We Are
TOS was founded by Robert Machson, Esq., a nationally recognized expert in commercial real estate law, leasing, and occupancy cost audits. TOS is unique among audit firms because it combines audit professionals with years of in-house retail experience with Bob's more than 25 years' experience representing literally thousands of properties and settling tens of millions of dollars of audit claims. No other firm combines these strengths under one roof.
